Meet Deborah

As a lifelong resident of Roseland and proud graduate of both Roseland and West Essex schools, Deborah has always believed in the power of strong schools to shape a community. She spent more than 40 years as a speech and language pathologist in public education, working with countless students and families to help children grow, learn, and thrive. Today, she continues that work as an advocate for special education parents and students.

Her dedication to Roseland has taken many forms over the years. Deborah served on the Roseland Library Board of Trustees for five years, including terms as Vice President and President, and was a member of the Noecker Board of Education for nine years. During her time on the Board, she helped lead a successful referendum that brought new classrooms and much-needed space to the district.

Family and community remain at the heart of everything she does. Deborah and her husband, Michael, have been married for more than 40 years and are proud parents of two daughters, Bianca and Gianna, both graduates of Roseland and West Essex schools. With deep roots in the community and a lifelong commitment to education, Deborah would be honored to continue serving Roseland’s students, families, and schools.
